**MISSIONS**:
**—** Financial and economic modeling in the context of investment and development projects

**—** Support to the financial control of projects and activities

**—** Contribution to the structuring of projects (participation in the elaboration of customer reports, PMO, customer relations, partner relations )

**—** Carrying out transversal studies

**—** Active participation in our subsidiary dedicated to consulting and photovoltaic investment (financial modeling of projects, customer/bank/partner relations, etc.)

**—** Follow-up of current topics: competitive intelligence, currency evolution, rents, other KPIs, competitors’ development

**EXPERIENCES**:
You are a business school student or university equivalent, ideally in the last year of a master’s degree or in a gap year (specializing in real estate or finance), and wish to deepen your knowledge of corporate finance and logistics real estate within a human-sized company.

You have ideally completed an internship in audit, real estate or corporate finance.

You have a good sense of synthesis and analysis, and have demonstrated your taste for teamwork in a stimulating and demanding environment.

Excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint.
- A good level of English is required; Spanish/Italian would be a plus.
