**Within the Group,** you will lead **AXA’s Global ABC (“Anti-Bribery and Corruption”) program** within the **Group Compliance department** reporting to the Group Chief Financial Crime Compliance Officer.

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Your job context**:
A key regulatory and ethical mission of the Group is to ensure against bribery or other corrupt practices involving its people, its partners, its products or its services. There are strong French, international and local anti-bribery laws AXA must comply with, including specific requirements to have strong ABC compliance processes and controls. At the same time, AXA is committed to high standards of business practices, with zero tolerance for bribery, corruption or other unethical behaviour. We are **looking for a leader to manage and further build out AXA’s strong global ABC compliance program, for both regulatory and ethical purposes.**

**Your Daily Missions**:

- Monitor ABC regulatory developments to ensure we understand the ABC legal requirements AXA must meet
- Set Group-wide ABC standards, policies, procedures and controls designed to meet these legal requirements
- Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to ABC Officers/Chief Compliance Officers across the Group
- Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of the ABC compliance programs of AXA entities around the world, including management information, reporting, in-site visits and internal controls
- Animate and lead the ABC professional family across AXA
- Manage ABC regulatory that arise, including in particular inquiries and inspections from the French ABC authority (the Agence Française Anti-Corruption), as well any remediations required
- Represent AXA on ABC matters with other internal and external stakeoholders
- Periodically Report on the status of AXA’s global ABC program to different Group Committees (notably Group Audit Risk & Compliance Committee, Group Management Committee) and the AXA SA Board
- Lead a team of 3 FTEs at Group level, plus 1 FTE Asian Market (functional reporting line), 1 FTE Africa & Latin America Market (functional reporting line), and support 60 local ABC compliance officers across AXA

**YOUR PROFILE**:
We’re looking for someone with:

- A proven track-record managing ABC compliance in a global financial institution, with particular experience overseeing compliance with Sapin II (+15 to 20 years of experience)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large complex topics and projects
- Credibility in front of a wide range of senior stakeholders, at both Group and local levels
- Ability to remain focussed and prioritise effectively, and to meet challenging deadlines and outcomes
- Energy and ambition to drive and deliver an ambitious and strategically important and visible program
- Strong management skills in an international environment
