This is a diverse and challenging ‘hands-on’ role, assisting the Chalet Manager in delivering a 5* service experience. The main emphasis of this role is on customer service, with the key objective being to deliver world-class hospitality and create memorable experiences for each guest.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service - including serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and formal evening meals, housekeeping of all bedrooms and bathrooms (including laundry, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the chalet), and maintaining communal areas.
- Proactive communication with guests to ensure all queries are answered and any special requests are met at the earliest opportunity.
- General chalet maintenance - reporting issues to the Chalet Manager.
- Maintaining general hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Maintaining and improving local supplier relations.
- Assisting with chauffeur duties when required.
- Demonstrating a passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility, supporting Consensio’s commitment to the environment.
