As a Sustainability Analyst, you will have a crucial role to support and help achieve ArchiMed’s long standing commitments to invest with impact.

**_The Team: _**
- An international team (British, French, German, Italian, Polish ) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)

**_Your Role: _**
- Pre-investment : Investigate provide well-argued rationale for the impact thesis of a screened opportunity, based on the company’s activities, that will serve to inform investment decision. Collaborate with the deal teams to ensure ESG and Impact key risks and opportunities are factored into the investment committees during Impact / ESG Due Diligence process across all segments of investment ;
- Post-investment : With the support of a third-party consultant, help conduct the Impact Assessment and define the Impact Roadmap on new investments ; Support management of portfolio companies in the implementation of the Impact roadmap and their CSR strategy.
- Strategy : help develop ways to evaluate and measure ArchiMed’s social impact and contribution to the SDGs.
- Collect information and prepare quarterly Impact/ESG reports to ArchiMed's Investors ;
- Assist in the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio funds and companies, liaising with the external digital data management specialist (update of the annual questionnaires, analysis of the data )
- Assist in the update and improvements of the annual Impact Report to clients, based on the annual ESG data collection
- Collaborate with the Investor Relation team to answer ESG/Impact-specific questions of investors (in due diligence and reporting)
- Monitor and follow up with the International, European, and French regulations (Taxonomy, SFDR, Loi Energie-Climat etc.)
- Liaise with Climate-experts consulting firm to implement ArchiMed’s Climate strategy
- Market research and benchmarking on impact in the healthcare sector
- Help improve awareness of impact investing within the firm
- Assist in the preparation of communication materials on Impact investment at ArchiMed

**_Aptitudes and Skills we look for: _**
- A University, Business School or Grande Ecole master’s degree with relevant internship/experience in the field
- Experience in either investments, sustainability or extra-financial analysis, experience in company analysis against ESG standards and/or Impact/ESG measurement preferred
- Knowledge of sustainable finance related regulations (Taxonomy, SFDR, SDGs, SRI Label, PRI, etc.)
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the growing ESG, Sustainability & impact trends within the financial industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in healthcare space would be an asset
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for healthcare-specific impact issues (bioethics/health crisis/ essential medicine etc.) preferred.
- Structured, organized and ability to express information in a concise and impactful manner
- Think out-of-the-box and question established frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

**Experience**:

- ESG analysis: 2 years (preferred)
