**À propos du poste**

Nous recherchons un-e **Social Media Manager** créatif-ve, stratégique et autonome pour piloter les réseaux sociaux de plusieurs **marques dans le secteur des boissons**, en BtoC **et** en BtoB.
Vous serez responsable de la stratégie et de l’animation sur **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok et LinkedIn** pour une **des marques** telles que **Drink Dong, YSE Consigne ou Cozigou**.

**Vos missions principales**
- Élaborer et piloter les **stratégies social media multimarques**, en lien avec les équipes marketing locales (Bretagne, Grand Est, Rhône-Alpes, PACA).
- Définir et gérer les **calendriers éditoriaux** pour chaque compte.
- Superviser et participer à la **création de contenus** (visuels, vidéos, textes).
- Réaliser un **reporting régulier** des performances et proposer des axes d’amélioration.
- Participer aux tournages et shootings avec les équipes (déplacements ponctuels en région).
- Maintenir une cohérence de **ton de marque** et de positionnement sur tous les canaux.

**Compétences & profil recherché**
- **3 à 5 ans d'expérienc**e minimum en tant que Social Media Manager ou équivalent.
- Maîtrise avancée des plateformes sociales (dont LinkedIn pour le BtoB).
- Excellente plume, sens de l’image et de la narration digitale.
- Compétences en création de contenu (storyboard, briefing créa, outils de création / montage / retouche / IA ).
- Forte culture des tendances social media (formats, algorithmes, innovations).
- Proactivité, autonomie, organisation et **curiosité** sont essentielles.
- **Déplacements ponctuels en région**
