To support our growth, Mirakl is seeking a **Cash Manager** to join our team in **Paris**. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of executing our financial strategies and maintaining the integrity of cash operations across the company. As a Cash Manager, you will be deeply involved in designing, implementing, and monitoring effective cash collection processes and treasury activities.

Your impact will extend through various facets of the business, requiring active collaboration with internal stakeholders from Sales & Customer Success, FP&A, and Legal. You will also be tasked with leading virtual teams comprising members from these diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive financial strategies that cater to the needs of key clients. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, including direct interactions with clients, banking institutions, and financial advisors.

**Your Impact**
- Cash management
- Designing, implementing and monitoring cash collection processes to optimize working capital
- Liaising with all internal stakeholders (Customer success, Sales, Accounting, FP&A and Legal) and determining appropriate strategies for key clients
- Directly managing relationship with clients when necessary
- Performing credit checks for existing and new customers
- Monitoring monthly cash collection KPIs (outstanding balance per category, DSO,..) for top management
- Investing and implementing cash collection alternatives (factoring, credit insurance,...)
- Treasury activities
- Managing cash reporting and cash forecast - at entity and Group level
- Monitoring cash surplus in line with the Group's investment policy
- Handling relationships with bank partners and advisors
- Proposing and deploying strategies to optimize FX exposure

**Requirements**:
You are our ideal new hire if:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or University
- You have an experience in cash collection, cash flow monitoring and cash reporting
- You have a good understanding of treasury concepts, cash/liquidity management, payment management process and FX monitoring
- You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- You have strong verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
- You are fluent in French and English
