**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to manage client relationships in France/BeNeLux. Their mission is to generate sustainable growth by driving opportunities in the short, medium, and long term. This individual, reporting to the Commercial Director of France, will stimulate sales across our entire portfolio and develop the execution of the strategic and operational plan, in alignment with Tetra Pak's business objectives and those of its clients.
The position is ideally based in France (the Paris region is preferred). Travel within the France/BeNeLux region will be required, depending on the client's location (20-40%).
**What you will do**:
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Manage strategic and operational objectives. You will drive sustainable growth by ensuring the necessary resources and budgets are dedicated to the success of your clients.
- Key Account Management — In collaboration with the key account team and the client, you will lead the development and execution of the account plan. You will agree on shared objectives and targets with the client.
- Foster a deeper understanding of the client's entire business (market, channel, retailer, consumer, competitive environment, strategy, productivity, profitability, and the entire value chain).
- Identify customer needs and generate opportunities aligned with Tetra Pak's commercial strategy.
- Management of complex business relationships — You will improve the customer experience and establish a mutually beneficial long-term partnership.
- As the account manager, you will ensure customer demand forecasting and oversee the smooth sales process for Tetra Pak’s offerings.
- Sales of complete solutions — You will ensure the execution of objectives for packaging solutions (packaging lines, packaging materials, and services). You will build and energize a pipeline of business opportunities for a 3-year horizon. You will engage all members of the key account team and the client in the joint creation and quantification of value.
- As a team leader, you will assist in developing the skills of the key account team members and nsure they meet the clients' needs.
**We believe you have**:
- Professional experience of 5-7 years in the B2B industrial sector, business school education or equivalent.
- Strong experience in Key Account Management (ideally in packaging, machinery, and complete solutions).
- Marketing experience in consumer goods is a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainability issues and various industries, such as FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), consumer goods, e-commerce, etc.
- You speak English and French. Dutch would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can build strong relationships with your partners both externally and internally, at all levels.
- Independent in managing your own agenda, while being able to work as part of a team.
- You thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. You can face uncertainty and complexity, and you are open to changes at all levels.
- Flexibility to travel.
