Inclusion and Diversity Manager

As an integrated events group, GL events is developing in three main segments:

- The organization of events
- Management of event spaces
- Production and provision of services for trade fairs, conferences and events.

We are recruiting for the GL events Group, an **Inclusion and Diversity Manager based in Lyon on a permanent contract - fluent English
**Poste**:
In charge of optimizing and deploying policies aimed at promoting diversity and combating all types of discrimination, your mission will consist in particular of supporting the implementation of action plans and policies with managers, HR departments and group employees in France and abroad.

You will manage the various files and projects in your area of responsibility with public and private partners working in the field of ESG, on the social aspect.

You will work closely with the Group's CSR Department.

**Your main Missions**:

- Propose and implement policies that promote equity, diversity, inclusion and recruitment programs with the goal of providing equal opportunity
- Participate in the deployment of social policies in favor of the employer brand in collaboration with local HR teams for local initiatives and ensure the global ESG Relay - social component - with our clients and partners in all aspects of our relationships (tender, Monitoring of pacts and charters, Monitoring of partnerships...)
- Promote and support local management in the implementation and monitoring of actions to promote inclusion and diversity in all territories where the Group operates.
- Validate and consolidate the documents produced (job offers, communications, etc.) on discrimination.
- Implement the monitoring of KPIs allowing the evaluation of measures related to the inclusion and diversity perimeter.
- Study the feasibility and analysis of the group's extra-financial performance measures in social matters.
- Ensure compliance with nationals diversity and equity regulations and be responsible for the management and reliability of non-financial communications in conjunction with the Group Human Resources Department.
- Communicate about the Group through the Internet and the Group's Intranets and animate a community on social networks and represent it in various events (job fairs, trade shows, seminars, round tables, school and EHS relations)
- Supporting individual or collective crisis situations

**Profil**:
You are recognized for your professionalism as a Work psychologist and have a significant experience of 7 to 10 years.

Your practical experience in designing corporate policies is an asset and you are very comfortable with legislation, particularly on social and governance criteria and labour law.

You have a sense of communication and solidarity. You appreciate close relationships and are available for business trips in France and abroad.

You have empathy with your relationships, availability and a joie de vivre that you want to transmit.

The stakes of your role are very high and have an impact on the life of the company and the employee, on the quality of social dialogue, on professional secrecy and on legal and financial risks.
