Within Sephora Collection’s Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing a Category-Client portfolio to ensure the reliability of "sell-in" sales forecasts and secure the correct production signal over an 18-month horizon. **You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**: - Build and manage sales forecasts for a product portfolio: - Build the monthly sales forecast for the product category portfolio for all clients over a horizon of M+7 to M+18: Analyze seasonality, cannibalization, anticipation, stockouts, and end-of-life landings - Ensure the consideration of global animation plans in the sales forecasts - Ensure alignment and reconciliation of SELL IN / SELL OUT (notably with the Regional Demand Planners) - Manage the monthly construction and validation instances of the Forecast with the category managers - Oversee the product lifecycle within your product scope - Integrate specific client needs communicated by regional Demand Planners over the 7-18 month horizon - Contribute to the S&OP process: - Report to the Demand Planning manager on the construction of your forecast model and the alignments made with the category manager over the M7 - M+19 horizon - Manage the monthly Global Demand Planning cycle for your product portfolio - Raise alerts and arbitration points for your product portfolio - Scale new product launches: - Collaborate with Marketing and category managers to determine the sizing of new product launches - Coordinate exceptional requests related to the development process of a new product - Participate to performance management and projects: - Monitor the forecast accuracy KPIs of their Category, service rate, and obsolescence. - Participate in the continuous improvement projects of the Supply team, including the implementation of processes or tools for their Category or cross-functional needs of the Category DP - Lead cross-functional projects within the Demand Planning team - A graduate from an engineering or business school with 4/5 years of experience in demand planning - Good knowledge of Supply Chain, stock management processes, MRP/DRP processes - Understanding of client needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector. - Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc.) and databases, notably Power BI and Looker. - Knowledge of ERP (SAP and SAP4) and APS / forecast management tools including Anaplan - Fluent in English - Strong analytical, communication, and rigor skills - Strong team spirit **While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy** - ** The people.**You will be surrounded by some of the most talented leaders and teams - people you can be proud to work with. - ** The learning**.
