Technical responsibilities on IBM MQ o Guarantee a high level of availability & performance of the IBM MQ Platform o Perform regular audit & manage the security of the solution, optimize the architecture to make it more efficient (ensure consistent performance metrics and performance tuning) o Perform IBM MQ release and patch management o Define standards & best practice documents to exploit the solution o Act as level 3 support on IBM MQ incident resolution Functionnal responsibilities o Answer the requests of the IT users or transfer them to the right interlocutor o Interact with other internal departments such as Software and Hardware Development o Ability to contribute in a remote/distributed team environment and deliver under pressure and time constraints, mission-critical 24x7 applications or services.
