Within the Ratings team, you join as a Business Analyst. The team consists of [number] people and is in charge of updating and implementing credit rating and ESG systems for large-scale banking.
In this team, we work to analyze existing scoring processes and identify opportunities for improvement, as well as working with stakeholders to collect and document functional requirements.
On a day-to-day basis, your mission is:
- Analyze existing scoring processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document functional requirements;
- Design technical solutions in line with business needs;
- Participate in the validation of deliverables by performing functional tests;
- Ensure communication between technical teams and end users.

The position is based in Charenton-le-pont and we have 10 days of telework per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration is composed of a fixed amount, an annual bonus and a corporate savings scheme including profit sharing, participation and bonus payments.

With a higher education, you have 6-8 years of experience in Business Analyst positions.
You are proficient:
- Experience in data analysis and IT project management;
- Knowledge of rating systems and their issues;
- Process modelling skills;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Knowledge of project management tools.
You are:
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
- Recognized for your thoroughness and analytical skills;
- Able to work under pressure.
You master English with a B2 level.
