**Mission**:
Assurer les opérations d’affrètement auprès des transporteurs partenaires et le suivi des commandes clients depuis les opérations de chargement jusqu’à la livraison. Superviser et coordonner les opérations de transport afin de garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Veiller au respect des règlementations en vigueur (transport, sous-traitance, douane..), des procédures internes et des conditions contractuelles liées aux prestations logistiques.

Assurer le suivi de performance des transporteurs et traiter les litiges pouvant apparaitre (dossier d’assurance).

Assurer la polyvalence sur les autres postes du Shipping office

**Roles et responsabilités**:
Garantir la fiabilité des livraisons en quantité, qualité et temps chez nos clients.

Garantir la performance des activités de transport en terme:

- Du respect des règles HSE
- D’optimisation des volumes chargés
- De fluidité des opérations de chargement réalisées sur la plateforme logistique et les terminaux associés
- D’optimisation des extra couts en assurant leur traitement et en définissant des actions correctives

Couvrir l’interface avec le service commercial Européen et assurer la liaison avec les gestionnaires de stock / ordonnancement.

**Dimensions du poste**:

- Nombre d’expéditions par an : entre 11 000 et 13000
- Nombre de Grade : 30 environ
- L’impact d’une livraison non conforme : +/- 100k€ - + image de LYB

**Formation et Experience**:

- Titulaire d’une formation supérieure en Logistique
- Justifie d’une première expérience en Logistique de site industriel et dans un environnement international

**Compétences (Part 1)**:

- Anglais : maîtrise avancée indispensable (environnement international
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de culture européenne
