Mobidiag, a Hologic company, is looking for an experienced NPI Buyer to join our amazing team in Paris, France.

**What you can expect**:
This position forms part of the Hologic International Operations organization and expected to be in charge of the NPI projects sourcing activities to deliver best in class Procurement execution.

The role will be supporting Direct Spends and Projects with a focus to the assigned commodity and ensure that all internal manufacturing and internal customer requirements can be fully delivered at optimal cost by providing a high level of communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Defines the materials planning according to the demand planning,
- Places purchase orders to the suppliers according to the supply planning,
- Expedites the deliveries,
- Resolves invoicing issues,
- Monitors the suppliers’ performance and share KPIs reports,
- Performs follow-up meetings with the suppliers,
- Supports projects and working groups for new products, sustaining, engineering changes
- Performs cost reduction projects for continuous improvement,
- Performs his activities according to the procurement policies and procedures.

**What we expect**:

- Demonstratable experience in a similar role is essential.
- Fluent in French and in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong influence and communication skills,
- A strong work ethic, allowing the incumbent to work closely with members of the team,
- Ability to integrate quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced working environment,
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
