Bouygues Construction’s Procurement network is developing a decentralised purchasing policy, organised as a network and coordinated on behalf of Bouygues Construction's activities.
Attached to the Head of Service of the Operational Excellence Purchasing team, your main mission will be to supervise and implement the contract management process within Bouygues Construction.
Operational missions
**Contract management**:

- Pilot and deploy the process and performance of contracts throughout the life cycle in France and internationally.
- Animate and manage the update of the Galexy counter library.
- Negotiate and drive continuous improvement with the legal sector (support of buyers during negotiations, anticipation of contract renewals, creation of models to meet purchasing needs).
- Propose tools to communicate and highlight purchasing recommendations and strategies.

**Animation of the purchasing network**:

- Train the purchasing network to contract management.
- Lead the contract management committee.
- Participate in the internationalization of contract management purchases.

Profil required
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience.
- Professional English.

**Hard skills**:

- Ability to anticipate and manage contract renewals
- Ability to train and embark teams on specific contract management.
- Ability to work closely with legal teams.

**Soft skills**:

- Relational sense: excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact with various interlocutors.
- Proactivity and initiative to anticipate needs and solutions.

As a member of the purchasing team, you will play a key role in Bouygues Construction's environmental and social transition. You will be responsible for making the following tasks part of your day-to-day work:

- Reducing the carbon footprint of purchasing and promoting the circular economy.
- Encourage local economic development by integrating VSEs, SMEs and social structures.
- Ensuring that suppliers respect human rights and ethics.
- Develop sustainable partnerships by assessing suppliers' CSR performance.
