He/She will integrate the Contract Management Department. Under the responsibility of the Director of the Contract Management Department, he/she will participate in the following tasks:
- Structuring the Contract Management function by delivering guidelines and best practices,
- Providing high-level operational support on high-stake contracts
Scope of responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition of appropriate contract management tools and processes, and to adaptation of existing processes
- Contribute to enhancing contract management competences within Egis by promoting the best practices and supporting the definition of training program & development path for Project Managers and Contract Management professionals
- Coordinate and animate part of the Contract Management community including external Contract Managements Experts and outsourced service providers (this responsibility will be detailed once the community is settled)
- Advise and support Project Directors, Project Managers, Commercial Managers, and Contract Managers on Major Contracts in their contract management activities at tender stage and post-award stages worldwide
- Be one referent for procurement process
- Upon request, share and provide expertise and advices to Contract, Commercial & Project Managers for major contracts dealt under FIDIC or NEC General Conditions
- upon request provide Expertise in FIDIC & NEC forms of contracts
**Profil**:
- Master’s degree
- 10 years’ experience working in large industrial / construction CapEx projects and/or infrastructure projects in an operational and management function covering project management / project purchasing & contracting / projects controls (time-risk-cost) / large commercial contracts drafting and negotiation (buy & sell sides).
- Strong analytical capacity of problematic situation in a complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders by listening and proposing solutions and improvement scenarii
- Oral and writing skills in english and French
- “Client-oriented” with the capacity to Develop and deploy a resolution methodology
