**Team Overview**:
Join the dynamic Markets Business Segment within Enterprise Solutions, driving the capital formation and investment lifecycle for both private and public markets. As part of the Issuer Solutions team at S&P Global Market Intelligence, a global leader in market intelligence and technology solutions, you'll support thousands of publicly traded companies with top-tier investor relations and corporate governance services.

Position Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies for our extensive suite of solutions within European markets
- Partner with Advisory and Digital product teams to innovate and enhance workflows. Products include Capital Access, Shareholder ID, Targeting, Perception, Governance, Sustainability Solutions, and Fixed Income ID.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, serving as a thought leader
- Drive sales and execute go-to-market strategies
- Maintain trusted relationships and contribute to strategic direction
- Promote a positive culture within S&P Global

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Established relationships in public markets and a history of strategic execution
- Strong financial acumen and senior executive presence

**Preferred**:

- 15+ years in public markets and financial technology
- Proven experience across technology, data, and services
- Analytical mindset with a commercial focus
- Current knowledge of financial services industry trends
- 25-50% travel requirement
