**Job Description** What's it all about?**

This role is a Product Solution sales senior manager role in the VCS team, helping to grow the procurement business in UK & Ireland and Continental Europe. Objectives are to support business and sales executive team to grow portfolios of B2B payment. This includes support to Visa client, like issuer, partner as well as product enhancement and solution strategy to address business opportunities.

**What we expect of you, day to day.**
- This is a Sales Solution/Product role in Visa Commercia Solutions (VCS) that focusses on developing our payment capabilities though the Visa network and Visa commercial products for procurement use cases, leveraging Visa B2B procurement card and related products in their physical, virtual and mobile formats for B2B spend. This is primarily a role focusing on the large market and middle market (businesses with a turnover of over 50M Dollars ).
- Develop an understanding of the B2B ecosystem through Visa Network involving all parties of the business relationship, issuer and acquirer with a focus on the issuing / payables side. This includes strong collaboration and coordination internally.
- Be responsible to drive and manage key products within Europe in coordination with Visa Global team. This includes external and internal training and presentation, new requirement management, regional adaptability and Global team support.
- Work with the wider VCS team to build an understanding of the technology environment around procurement and payment in Europe, e.g. ERP system providers, procurement networks, and other new Fintechs that focus on procurement, payment optimisation or receivables processing. Build relationships

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications** What we're after...**
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
