What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our London office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with administration of the organization’s contract management system, collaborate internally to establish workflows, review contracts for accuracy prior to execution and initiate contract execution via DocuSign.
- Responsible for vetting initial contract intake from internal and external sources.
- Review contracts to ensure necessary information is captured and required signatures included.
- Review, revise, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work, and amendments to Master Services Agreement, in accordance with Sectigo policy.
- Address contracting questions and issues internally.
- Track amendments to standard agreements.
- Implement, coordinate, and assist with various contracting assignments, while contributing to the development and implementation of efficiencies to alleviate bottlenecks in the contracting process.
- Prepare amendments, addenda, and contract extension documents.
- Process requests for termination of contracts and prepare termination letters.
- Responding to vendor diligence requests (security questionnaires, etc.).
- Managing departmental workflows.

- Requirements:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management is required. 2 to 5 years of experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Prior Cyber Security paralegal experience is strongly preferred.
- Depending on the regional requirements, Notary Public is a strongly preferred.
- Current and prior service industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong English-language skills as company’s contracting is done primarily in English.
- Information Technology knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Program Management experience is a plus, but not required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ranging from intermediate to advanced levels.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat DC, along with knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign.
