As a future **Structurer VP**, you will report to the **AXA IM Prime Senior Structurer**, and you will be part of **AXA IM PRIME** business unit.

**AXA IM Prime** is a Private Market Enabler and Hedge Funds platform offering diversified sources of private market returns across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. The VP Structurer is part of the structuring team and is a key contributor to all AXA Prime structuring aspects, at corporate and business lines levels.

Your role and responsibilities will include:
**AXA IM Prime Business set-up phase**
- At AXA IM prime corporate level: Contribution to the corporate structuring altogether with the AXA IM Prime Head of Legal and AXA IM Prime COO team, including the regulatory components of the set-up: France, Germany, UK, US
- At the business lines level: structuration and participation to the launch of the first vintages of funds in each asset class covered by AXA IM Prime: Private Equity and Infrastructure Equity Secondary fund, GP Minority Stakes, Private debt, Fund of Hedge Fund
- Building up of the structuring framework for the senior Fund financing lines: NaV financing or facilities to be used by AXA IM Prime (CCF, Secondary funds leverage)
- Contribution to AXA IM Prime Funds valuation framework
- Supporting the setting up of bespoke mandates for third-party clients under Private assets allocation delegation to AXA IM Prime

**AXA IM Prime Business as usual**
- Supporting the business lines in their Third-Party GPs' underlying Funds review
- Participating to the setting up of the dedicated investment vehicles for AXA companies
- Participating to Intra-AXA Group or AXA to Third-parties assets transfers, including price transfer analyses
- Structuring or analyzing of co-investment opportunities (direct transactions/assets - including assets cash-flows models and co-investment vehicles)
- Deploying third-party clients funds throughout the various vintages
- Strong support to the dedicated business line to minority stakes analyses, including cash-flows analysis, bespoke relevant solution for Prime and target, valuation etc
- Transfer solution structuring within AXA Group or between AXA Group and third-party clients
- Interfacing between Prime and AXA IM derivatives platform, in close relationship with AXA IM Prime COO team.
- Contributing to Group /local Solvency and accounting treatment optimization

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Master's degree in Engineering (with applied finance) or Economics degree
- Fluency in written and spoken English; French is a plus

**Your knowledges and skills**:

- 5/8 years of experience in structuring highly complex investment solution within an investment bank or asset manager with:

- a focus on complex credit asset such as securitizations, infrastructure projects
- a good experience of credit documentation
- a strong knowledge of asset management regulation: AIFMD, EMIR, Securitizations is a plus
- Good knowledge of asset management environment
- Good knowledge of insurance companies' investment constraints Strong team orientation with capacity for intensive independent work
- Strong analysing capability
- Strong writing and presentation abilities
- Emphasis on quality of analysis for internal clients
- Excellent Relationship management
