**Contexte et environnement**

**REN is TotalEnergies’** Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewable projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, off-grid energy, storage.
Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables by 2030 (end of April 2023 baseline : 18,2 GW) Given this ambitious growth agenda, the rapid pace of operations, and the regular changes, agility and fast-learning are imperatives:

- To deliver the objectives of top management
- To continue capturing market opportunities
- To hone our innovation capacities
- While industrializing processes and streamlining our organization

**Activités**

The main responsibility of the Economist M/F is the financial follow-up of offshore wind assets, in particular during the pre-construction phase. The person in charge will work in close cooperation with Asset Managers and the finance and structured finance teams.

Responsibilities include the following:

- Develop and take ownership of the assets’ economic models. Keep the models updated and carry out sensitivity analysis as required in order to support business decisions. Review and validate assumptions of the economic models regularly, ensuring that TTE decisions are enforced.
- During the LTP and budget exercises, be responsible for the inputs for the portfolio of assets, take ownership of and present to OFW management the assets scorecards (100% and SME).
- Support the asset managers (via the economic model) with regards to JV decisions to be taken, in particular for decisions regarding finance and accounting.
- Support OFW Finance team when required for the follow up and control of projects’ cash calls and financing structures.
- Engineering or Master's Degree in Finance or Economics.
- 6 years working experience with a good knowledge of Financial reporting and Industrial projects.
- Experience in project finance / direct investment in the infrastructure / renewables sector, possibly economic modelling,
- Flexibility, results and customer orientation will be key capacities in the context of direct contacts with the Business Unit VP, and to provide accurate and synthetic information to top management (internal customers).
