You are a Junior Strategic Planner with a restless mind and an instinct for asking the right questions. You are curious about how people think, what moves them, and how ideas can shift perceptions. You have a way with words and enjoy crafting stories that bring clarity and conviction to complex ideas.
You enjoy working side by side with creative thinkers, designers and project leads, adding depth and perspective to the work. You are eager to learn, unafraid to speak up, and ready to grow in a team where strategy and creativity meet to spark something bigger.
**What**you’ll be doing**
- Transform briefs into territories, insights into angles, and strategy into a creative vision.
- Co-build creative strategies with the team for events, activations, forums, or brand platforms.
- Write creative briefs for teams and follow through on projects.
- Collaborate with art directors, scenographers, project managers, producers, and clients.
- Develop concept notes, content strategy documents, mood boards, naming proposals, etc.
- Conduct research, challenge ideas, build supporting materials, and write with clarity.
- Support creative presentations with written content and a strong narrative logic.
- Participate in brainstorms, trend monitoring, and in shaping new formats to come.
**Must haves**
- Recent graduate with at least one significant experience in a communication or creative agency.
- You read, observe, connect the dots, and always ask “why” before “how.”
- You defend your ideas with strength and clarity, while listening and collaborating openly.
- You are comfortable with words.
- You care about form, but never at the expense of substance.
- You want to learn from others, but you’re not here to play small.
- You have an interest in experience design and, more broadly, in 360° communication.
- You are fluent in French and have professional-level English skills (spoken and written) - minimum B2.
**Nice to have**
- Fluency in additional languages besides English.
- Prior experience in the **experiêncial**event industry**is a strong asset**.**
