Daily Responsibilities:
 负责对欧分 ICT 询价工作进行统筹管理，并协助市场部建立采购相关制度和流程，建立和完善采购评价体系； Responsible for ICT pricing, and assist the marketing department to establish procurement-related systems and processes, and establish and improve the procurement evaluation system

 负责欧分 ICT 询价工作的实施、执行、管控和评价；在内部程序规定的时间范围内为业务经理提供和分析定价和 报价 Responsible for the implementation, execution, control and evaluation of ICT pricing, provide and analysis pricing and quotation for Business Managers within the time frame stated in internal procedudure

 管理销售渠道需求，包括采购和跟踪响应；提供特殊商机的胜负分析和利润分析 Managing sales channel requests including sourcing and tracking responses, and providig win/loss analysis and margin analysis on special business opportunities

 负责欧分的 ICT 供应链管理工作，包括供应商拓展，供应商关系维护，供应商评价(对其绩效进行分析评级)，加强 供应链整合； Responsible for CUE's ICT supply chain management, including supplier development, supplier relationship management, supplier evaluation (vendor analysis rating about suppliers performance), and supply chain integration boost; Participate in vendor management and

 与销售部门、营销部门、总部和当地目标分支机构在内的内部各方合作，制定具有竞争力的定价和服务定价方案 Work with Sales and Marketing Departments, HQ & local branches for competitive pricing and pricing scheme for services

 负责 ICT 项目报价工作，制作报价单并发给销售； Responsible for ICT project quotations, making quotations and sending them to sales team  负责对采购管理系统的顶层设计、发展规划，提出需求建议； Planning ICT procurement management system

 确认自动化的改进领域，包括报价工具 Identify improvement areas for automation including price quotation tool  负责 ICT 询价专业的人员培训，建立阶梯； Responsible for the team’s training plan and staffing plan

 负责本专业线的垂直管理和业务指导； Responsible for department’s management  完成领导交办的其它工作。 The skills you need to succeed:Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese;
- Excellent analytical problem solving, communications and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of Telecoms and Project Management;
- Understanding of profit margin analysis and underlying product cost elementsGood team spirit, open to a diverse workforce and familiar with both Chinese and British business culture;
Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with local branch and Head Office in Mainland China and Hong Kong;Excellent supplier and contract management skills in Telecom industry;
Master Degree Educated is high desirable (IT, Telecoms).

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paris 1er (75): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
