**Your Role**
The HR Director France & Madagascar is the bridge between the global HR leadership team and the countries HRBP teams, driving the global HR strategy forward, ensuring alignment with the organization goals.

As key leader in transformation, the HR Director will lead culture & values initiatives (One Sym), strategic HR programs, and change management within a matrix organization.

The position can be either in Paris or Rennes with regular work trips onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement the HR strategy for France and Madagascar in line with the group’s global target model.
- Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives across both countries.
- Promote and empower corporate culture & values (One Sym program).
- Manage and develop local HR teams in both France and Madagascar.
- Oversee the successful deployment and optimization of Workday across the region.
- Work closely with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and actively contribute to global and local projects (Workday, flavors house integration...)
- Ensure full compliance with French labor law and local employment regulations in Madagascar.
- Foster a spirit of cross-functional collaboration, team performance, and organizational agility.

**About You**
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR roles with a minimum of 5 years in an international leadership role (with people management).
- Mandatory experience in an international & matrix organization
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
- Proven ability to think and lead strategically, understand and drive toward the big picture while remaining detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in F&B and/or Fragrance/Cosmetics sectors will be a strong advantage
- Proven experience with HRIS tools (Workday)
- Good knowledge of French labor law
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and team spirit.
- Fluency in French & English is required, German will be an advantage
