**Pour renforcer notre équipe en charge d’une partie des projets stratégiques, vous rejoignez l’équipe Solution Clients en tant que **Project Management Officer**.

Dans un premier temps, vous piloterez localement la migration technique vers SAP 4/HANA mais également d’autres projets transverses comme la segmentation clients.

Véritable consultant interne, vous participez activement au développement de la performance via l’amélioration pluridisciplinaires des process structurants dans le nouvel ERP (dans des domaines comme le Procurement, le Masterdatamangement, la SCM, les Ventes, la Finance etc.)

Vos principales missions seront ainsi de:

- **
Piloter un projet stratégique complexe** de migration ERP au sein d'un groupe international en tant que Chef de projet France.
- **Être le relai **entre les ressources locales métiers (répartis dans tous les services utilisant les modules SAP), le PMO International et les chefs de projets des différents pays.
- **Assurer le respect** du triangle qualité, coût et délais.
- ** Piloter transversalement et fédérer **l'équipe projet France
- ** Se concerter avec les parties prenantes** nationales et internationales (experts, managers, décideurs...)
- ** Gérer les parties prenantes** internes (et externes si besoin).

Des déplacements mensuels sont à prévoir au Siège Groupe (en Allemagne).

Vous serez amené(e) à prendre de nouveaux projets dans le cadre de l'évolution constante de la société (tout périmètre métier).

Profil recherché

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5 de type école de commerce, spécialisé en Gestion de projets, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en gestion de projets dans un environnement international.

Vos expériences passées en tant que pilote sur des projets stratégiques transversaux vous permet notamment de maitriser les méthodologies de la gestion de projet (PRINCE, méthode agile, Lean etc.)

La connaissance de divers modules SAP, de préférence S/4HANA est un plus, mais sera accompagnée par une formation Groupe (en anglais). La maitrise de l’anglais (C1 minimum) est un indispensable.

Vous avez l’esprit entrepreneurial et un goût marqué pour le pilotage, vous êtes par ailleurs doté(e) d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et interculturels.

Vous avez un fort sens de l’organisation et de l’autonomie.

Votre esprit d'analyse vous permet d’identifier et de comprendre les différentes problématiques métiers, vous êtes force de proposition pour coordonner les actions avec les différentes équipes métiers.
