Dans le cadre de cette mission, Talent & Impact recherche l'Analyste ESG d'un fonds à impact spécialisé sur les pays en développement dans le cadre d'une création de poste. **Description du poste**: Rattaché.e au Directeur ESG, vos principales missions sont les suivantes: 1. Analyse d’opportunités d’investissement : analyses des enjeux de durabilité (i.e. enjeux environnementaux et sociaux), rédaction de la section « environnement et social » des notes de comités d’investissement 2. Assurer le suivi de la gestion du portefeuille d’investissements: - échanges avec les participations sur les sujets de durabilité afin de suivre la réalisation des plans d’actions environnementaux et sociaux - reporting, - formalisation de rapports et de présentations, - support à l’activité des sociétés en portefeuille sur les sujets de durabilité, afin d’accompagner les sociétés en portefeuille à déployer les plans d’action et les aider sur différents sujets (formations, rédaction de stratégie, collecte de données etc.) 3. Contribution au renforcement des outils et du cadre méthodologique: - Communication : rédaction d’articles sur des sujets liés au développement durable en Afrique - Rédaction de politiques / procédures / notes internes - Organisation de formations des équipes sur les sujets de durabilité **Profil recherché**: Diplômé.e d'un Bac +5 minimum, vous disposez d'une première expérience dans le secteur de la finance durable (cabinet de conseil, institution financière, banque de développement), avec une expertise sur les sujets climats. Votre niveau de français et d'anglais courant, vous permet d'écrire avec aisance dans les deux langues. parlez couramment français et anglais. Autonome, pro-actif et ouvert, vous avec une forte sensibilité à l'égard des pays en développement. Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre souplesse, votre sens de la diplomatie, de la pédagogie et votre potentiel évolutif.
