MERCHANDISING SENIOR MANAGER BURBERRY BEAUTY
COTY LUXURY- RETAIL EXPERIENCE TEAM
CDD - 6 MONTHS

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The senior manager will be responsible of the temporary animations for a luxury & elevated brand.
She/He will manage a team of 2 project manager.

KEY MISSIONS

Design and deliver temporary in-store materials/ retailtainment projects for several initiatives according to the masterplan
Elaborate creative concept and drive innovation In-store
Transform creative concept into technical briefs for procurement team
Lead the collaboration with the fashion house and design agencies
Define the road map and build the strategy of the temp team
Ensure constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication.

PROFILE

Master degree in Business in a top school, or equivalent working experience.
10+ years of experience working in Beauty Industry, luxury
Strong knowledge of merchandising, retail excellence, selling ceremony
Experience in navigating complex organizations, with cross-functional teams
Action-driven, agility and organization skills
Leadership with a strong team spirit
Fluent in English
Proficient with Microsoft Office and creative softwares

Business professional, creative thinker, proactive, detailed oriented and pragmatic with an eye for design.
In touch with trends and competitive activities
Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with colleagues & suppliers
Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment
Cost oriented mindset
