The Product Merchandising Manager Women's supports the creationof profitable line plans and assortments through strong execution,insight-driven planning, and seasonal process management. This role bridgesconsumer, product, and marketplace needs, ensuring consistency between globaldirection and local execution.
They own key franchises, collection pillar(s), pricezones, acting as the day-to-day link between product creation, design, costing,and sales teams.
MAINREPONSIBILITIES

  • SeasonalLine Planning & Execution
  • Supportthe Director/Senior Manager in building the seasonal line plan &assortments across Women's categories.
  • ManageSKU health, carryover strategy, and pricing alignment.
  • Coordinateadoption and productivity tracking across regions.
  • ProductCreation & Range Management
  • Translatebriefs into actionable range frameworks with Design and Development.
  • Manageupdates, milestones, and deliverables for product readiness.
  • Trackperformance and identify in-season opportunities or risks.
  • Go-to-MarketReadiness
  • Partnerwith Marketing and Sales to ensure stories, assortments, and visuals aremarket-ready.
  • LeadGTM tools preparation (line plans, grids, visual assortments).
  • Cross-FunctionalCoordination
  • Serveas a hub between Design, Development, and Commercial for key deliverables.
  • 8-10years' experience in product merchandising, ideally within footwear.
  • Stronganalytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledgeof merchandising frameworks and financial KPIs.
  • Consumerand trend sensitivity; able to translate insights into product actions.
  • Comfortableworking cross-functionally and presenting to leadership.
  • Fluentin English; French a plus.
