The agency's 200 team members work daily with clients (mainly large enterprises) on all aspects of corporate communications in the broadest sense: institutional communication, employer branding, internal communication, B2B, financial communications, and more. The agency's strength lies in its ability to create tailor-made "project teams" based on the specific needs of each client, supporting them across all facets of their communication efforts. The position described below is for an **Assistant Project Manager in Communication**, within the “Corporate Engagement Strategies” division, which includes 30 expert consultants specializing in branding and campaigns, as well as content strategies and production (editorial, digital, publishing, and social media influence). **✨ Your missions**: Involved in the development of the agency's editorial and digital division, you will work in tandem with a Consulting Director and report to the Head of Content & Digital. Your tasks will include: - Managing production follow-ups for assigned client projects, primarily from an organizational standpoint - budget oversight will be handled by the Account Director, and relationship management will be divided based on project types. - Scheduling time for production teams according to project needs, briefing designers (internal teams) and external partners (writers, videographers, etc.), and ensuring deadlines are met. - Participating in the conceptual phase of projects in collaboration with designers: conducting benchmarks, brainstorming, and participating in co-creation workshops both internally and with clients. - Creating certain content pieces: snack content, crafted content, AI-assisted content. - Developing presentation materials for project ideas and client management, attending meetings, taking detailed meeting minutes, and organizing To-Do lists for clear and precise production follow-ups. - Conducting quality checks for every deliverable before client submission. - Learning and utilizing the agency’s tools/processes for production tracking, performance measurement, and client relationship management. - If interested (and workload permitting), contributing to requests for proposals: suggesting appropriate methodologies and defining project scopes in response to client briefs. **Why Join Us**: - Work on diverse projects for various types of clients. - Contribute to the growth of the agency's digital division and the development of client offerings (notably responsible digital practices). - Benefit from a balanced mix of autonomy and mentorship. - Join a dynamic team of creatives in a human-scale team. - Grow within a "360" environment, collaborating with experts across content and communications disciplines. **Your profile**: - Currently pursuing studies in Business School, with a specialization in Marketing and/or Communication or in communication schools - Strong interest about branding, social media management and marketing. A first experience in advertising or branding agency is a plus - Fast learner with a desire to get stuff done with urgency, accountability and precision - Perfect oral and writing skills in professional English and French native - Proactive and team player attitude; good organization and time management skills - Inspired by the evolving digital landscape and sensitive to emerging trends and new uses. - Deeply interested in editorial projects, media, and content valorization initiatives
