Enterprise Account Executive

We are looking for our next Enterprise Account Executive Reporting directly to our CRO, this person will have the opportunity to design, alongside our high-level team, a strategy from scratch for acquiring large accounts to scale the company. They will immerse themselves in the world of medtech and have the chance to spread our revolutionary vision.
**Key requirements**:
- ** Defining a commercial strategy from scratch** in collaboration with the CRO and the rest of the Sales teams, to acquire large accounts and contribute to the company's hyper-growth.
- ** Prospecting and acquisition**: Identifying and engaging large corporations (enterprise accounts) to present our innovative solutions, craft propositions, and lead contract negotiations.
- ** Evangelizing**: Positioning Zoī as the leading partner in preventive healthcare to decision-makers (C-level, HR Directors )
- ** Account Management**: Building trusting relationships with companies, managing their satisfaction and renewal.
- ** Leadership**: Becoming the go-to expert for enterprise account prospecting and acquisition while sharing best practices with the broader Sales team.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: Working closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure our offering is aligned with client needs.
**We're looking for**:
- ** Experience**: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medtech, healthcare, or innovative services.
- ** Interpersonal skills**: Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives.
- ** Break down silos** and communicate effectively across different teams, becoming a key and multidisciplinary player in our organization.
- ** Process new information in real-time** and immediately use it to achieve positive results and meet market needs.
- Beyond sales expertise, you will continuously** redefine the commercial vision**, demonstrate innovation, and have an exceptional capacity for learning.
- ** Proven track record**: Expertise in prospecting and acquiring large enterprise accounts.
- ** Natural leadership**: Ability to become a pillar of the Sales team, inspiring with your results and methods.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in French and English.
- ** Bonus**: Having scaled a startup from scratch in B2B acquisition is a major plus. If not, a strong drive and the right skills to do so are essential
