**Job Description**:
We are trying to make the **railway sector** more environmentally friendly but at the same time modern and unique For this purpose we are looking for a** recruiter profile together with **commercial follow-up.**

Your main responsibilities to be carried out are:

- Recruitment and business development in Germany or other countries.
- Execution and implementation of active recruitment strategies for specific needs of the **railway team**.
- Coordination of appointments and conducting interviews on site, by video and by phone.
- Animation of talent pools.
- International monitoring.
- Customer/KPI reporting in weekly reports and presentations.
- Request For Quotation (RFQ) follow up.
- Generic offers.
- Production and management of job offers and associated follow-up.
- Animation/monitoring of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Internal coordination of general departmental enquiries.
- Sales activity

**Qualifications**:

- Completed professional training.
- Previous experience in recruiting and talent pipelining.
- Knowledge of active sourcing & HR channels (incl. social media).
- Passion for recruiting and staffing, whether in-house or in the HR services industry.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR software and enjoy administrative work and maintaining the applicant management system.
- Affinity for the rail industry and technical understanding desirable.
- Strong communication skills, independent working style, team player.
- Business fluent German and very good English skills.

- Junior profile in Business School.
- Knowledge of and interest in active recruitment and HR channels (including social media).
