We are pleased to offer Senior Resort Assistant positions across our three resorts: Val d’Isère, Méribel, and Courchevel. Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in France, either through an EU passport or a valid Carte de Séjour.
**Role Overview**:
This is a varied and hands-on role that supports our resort teams in delivering a 5-star guest experience. As Senior Resort Assistant in Meribel, you will lead the Resort Assistant team to provide an exceptional service in our Serviced apartments.
The primary focus of this role is to provide meticulous housekeeping for guests in the serviced apartments, while also assisting the chalet teams with all elements of the hosting service.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Housekeeping**:
- Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean and a midweek linen change.
- Responsible for daily housekeeping across all guest areas within your assigned property or properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen, and spa area.
- Ensuring the back-of-house and laundry areas remain clean, well-organised, and efficient.
- **Stock**: Co-ordination of stock and linen required in each of our three apartments in Méribel, as well as monitoring laundry standards of external supplier and reporting any issues.
- **Shopping**: Assisting with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping. Weekly stock take and shopping for all cleaning products and anything else required to ensure the smooth running of the apartments.
- **Maintenance**: Completing daily checks of property and reporting any damage or issues to the Apartment Manager or relevant person.
- **Health & Safety**:Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- **Driving Duties**:You will have access to a company vehicle for work use.
- **Guest Concierge**:
- Being available by phone for guest queries and requests.
- Creating and supplying ski passes for guests.
- **Accounts and admin**:
- Accounts to be submitted weekly detailing all department spending.
- Rota planning and timesheet checks.
- **Check in and out**:Welcome the guests and familiarise them with the property ensuring that you meet their requests. Being available on check out day to assist with any queries and to complete departure checks.
