**Your Mission**
- Create visually compelling assets for paid media and performance marketing campaigns, including social media ads, banners, and landing page elements.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to understand campaign goals and target audiences, ensuring designs align with objectives.
- Contribute to regular brand design projects for the Creative team, maintaining consistent brand identity across all materials.
- Develop and implement design solutions that optimize for conversion and user engagement.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Utilize Adobe Suite and Figma for design creation and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**What we're looking for**
- 2 to 3 years proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and ability to design creatives that drive conversion.
- Ability to adapt to and work within established brand guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven design.
