**Introduction**
Filorga Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of go-to-market activities to achieve the brand short and long term business objectives.
Key objectives include championing the shopper marketing capability and ensuring key brand's launches animations and brand strategies through the development of shopper insights and programs.
**Missions**
- / Strategize, develop and execute growth driving omnichannel promotional programs & tools in line with the brand equity, countries expectations & consumer trends:
- Elaborate & Follow-up the internal execution of the full launch campaign (digital, media, in-store, print) for each new launch, based on the product concept and in line with the brand equity.
- Coordination with all departments : Training, PR, Digital, Medias
- Elaboration of Global Guidelines for markets
- Elaborate the Catalogue Animation 360 Plan to be implemented by all markets
- Coordination with Euro Affiliates
/ Manage the coordination of the countries forecast with Supply department.
/ Ensure the respect of the retroplanning with supply/purchase/mkg/digital... departments
/ Ensure the profitability of sellable tools
/ Ensure the consistency of the tools developed by Affiliates
/ Analyze and report on brand experience trends and present measurable recommendations.
/ Manage the presentation of the Global Strategy & offer to countries
**Management**
- A Team of 2 people
**Required Qualifications**
- At least 7 years of Marketing experience
- At least 3 years in shopper marketing, brand marketing, or retail marketing
- English Fluent
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strategic thinker
- Strong understanding of consumer and shopper insights
- Strong brand marketing
- Effective communicator
- Influence without direct authority, negotiate effectively and build relationships with external partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Manage ambiguity
- Creative thinking to find novel solutions to unforeseen challenges and opportunities
