**Job Description**:
Deezer is looking for an engaging and motivated Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our communications team. You will be responsible for enhancing our internal communications initiatives to improve how we connect with our various stakeholders. You will be working closely with the Human Resources team and company leaders to create communications that inform and engage, while reflecting our employer brand.
**What you will do**:

- Collaborate with the VP Communications and Human Resources team to develop and execute strategic communication plans and content for internal communications, HR initiatives and other projects
- Support the change management process by communicating to build awareness, foster understanding resulting in stakeholders taking the desired action for key initiatives
- Drive internal engagement by embodying our culture and values, and find creative ways to help employees to communicate and connect through new and existing formats
- Support initiatives that require communications for sensitive topics and/or topics that are highly confidential in nature
- Analyse and measure the effectiveness of communications to demonstrate ROI
- Coordinate with external communications team as appropriate to execute integrated communications
- Build proposal, and manage the rollout for internal communications tools, such as an intranet
- Draft, review, edit and approve speeches and video content for internal announcements and events, as well as employee announcements and advise functional leaders on communications strategies and approaches

Qualifications*
This role is excellent for a person with: *
- Master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, integrated communications, or closely related field
- 7+ years of experience within public relations, employee communications or corporate communications at an agency or in-house - human resources policy / process experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Proficient with professional communications standards, including writing style guides and corporate communication best practices, utmost attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding project manager and self-starter who can work independently, proven team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of content management systems
- Able to take initiative to push internal communication tools to the next level of effectiveness
