As a Senior Supervisor in our call centre, your mission is to optimize the quality and efficiency of data collection. You will oversee a team of interviewers and junior supervisors. You will collaborate with the production manager to implement innovative strategies, while ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

**Responsibilities will include**:
**Team Management**
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of interviewers specialized in recruiting new respondents
- Organize training sessions to develop the skills of these interviewers

**Production Monitoring**
- Collaborate with the production manager to implement the field data collection strategy
- Supervise the quality of collected data
- Conduct weekly follow-up sessions to optimize performance

**Adherence to Deadlines and Budgets**
- Ensure compliance with production timelines and costs
- Establish budgets for upcoming projects in collaboration with the production manager

**Project Management**
- Take charge of specific projects to improve call centre operations

**Call Centre Performance Reporting**
- Prepare and present reports on call centre performance during strategic meetings
- Creative and Strategic Contribution to Social Media
- Be a driving force for social media initiatives and assist in creating relevant content

**Skills Required**:

- Ideally a minimum of two years’ experience in a call centre
- A sales back would be advantageous (enjoys negotiating, challenges, etc.)
- Previous management of a small team is essential
- Fluent English & French
- Intermediate Excel
