**About us**:
Owkin is building the first universal AI Operating System called K to lay the foundation for Biological Artificial Superintelligence (BASI). This OS integrates a suite of AI agents that decode complex biology, accelerate research, and dramatically increase productivity. Acting as copilots, Owkin K agents will automate drug discovery and diagnostics and power next-gen pharma companies.

**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled FP&A Business Partner Manager to join our finance team and make an impact at the intersection of finance, healthcare, and AI. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of financial performance across our Drug Development and Corporate departments.

**In particular, you will**:

- Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner for both our drug development initiatives and corporate functions, providing strategic financial guidance and insights.
- Collaborate in the preparation and development of financial models, reports, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational objectives.
- Play a central role in the monthly finance closing process, including analysis of financial reports, identifying significant variances from the budget, conducting in-depth data analysis, and recommending actionable plans.
- Support ad hoc analyses by creating bespoke reports and tailored financial analyses, addressing the specific needs of various stakeholders.
- Position is based in our Paris, Nantes or London offices or remotely in France and UK._

**About you**:
We're looking for a highly analytical, results-driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
Required Qualifications & Experience:

- A degree in Finance or Management (from a recognized Business School or University).
- Proven experience as an FP&A professional within the Biotech or Life Sciences sectors, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to remain adaptable, flexible, and responsive to evolving business needs.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) and hands-on experience building financial models.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen ability to identify and address key issues as they arise.
- A deep passion for the intersections of finance, healthcare, and AI.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in French.
- Familiarity with Pigment (financial reporting tool).
