L'entreprise souhaite renforcer ses équipes pour assurer le développement d'une nouvelle solution logicielle destinée à remplacer un système existant. Ce projet, démarré il y a 1 an, a pour objectif d'améliorer l'expérience utilisateur tout en adoptant une approche technique innovante.

Le rôle du **Backend Engineer** est de contribuer activement à la conception et au développement d’un backend robuste, évolutif et performant.

**Objectifs**:

- Concevoir et développer une architecture backend évolutive.
- Assurer l’intégration et la mise en place des principes CQRS et Event Sourcing.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produit et technique pour garantir l’alignement des besoins.
- Optimiser la performance et la scalabilité du système.
- Garantir la qualité du code et le respect des bonnes pratiques de développement.

**Stack**:

- **Développement et architecture backend** : Java 21, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch- ️ **Cloud & DevOps** : AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.
- **Sécurité & Authentification** : Keycloak, OpenID.
- **Conception et revue technique** : Event Bus, Axon Server
- **Optimisation continue** : Automatisation et amélioration des process.

**Expérience & Compétences**
- Expérience en développement backend et en architecture logicielle.
- Connaissance approfondie des architectures CQRS, Event Sourcing et microservices.
- Maîtrise de Kubernetes, Docker et des environnements Cloud AWS.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions techniques et à les défendre auprès des équipes.
- Anglais courant requis (interactions fréquentes avec les équipes basées en Inde et aux États-Unis).
