**Job position pitch**

**Working directly with the Tax Lead, you will**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize tax

exposure and streamline the company's global tax position.
- Participate to the implementation of a Worldwilde transfer pricing restructuring project
- Assist with tax related topic in M&A operations
- Assist the tax and transfer pricing team in conducting research and analysis related to tax

regulations, transfer pricing methodologies, and international tax planning strategies
- Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, legal, and operations, to gather

information and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax and transfer pricing
requirements.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and transfer pricing guidelines to ensure

compliance and identify potential optimization opportunities, managing a tax newsletter
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the tax and transfer pricing team.
