**Description du poste**

- **Engineering works and new construction**

We help our clients, project managers, companies or operators to plan their work, coordinate their sites
and carry out the assembly and testing of the installations expected according to the standards and
standards in force.
- **Operation and maintenance engineering**

We help our customers to guarantee the good performance of their installations by ensuring their
correct configurations and maintenance engineering guaranteeing permanent operational technical
support.

We are recruiting within our teams a commissioning manager:
On behalf of one of our customers who designs and manufactures turnkey emission treatment
systems, you are attached to the project management and are responsible of the commissioning parts.

Your missions:
The CM will supervise and participate to the Commissioning operations including the following points:

- Check of completion of the installation (hand over to commissioning) and filling of the nonconformity

list.
- preparation, control of the components before tests,
- cold tests on each individual part + sequence
- hot tests and the optimization of operating parameters of the flue gas treatment.
- Follow up operation of the flue gas system during hot commissioning. (refer to safety part)
- Organization and Participation of the practical training of client operator.

Your tasks will be:

- Write a « Health & Safety Plan », approved by the customer commissioning manager.
- The respect of the customer Commissioning time schedule. The CM will have to inform the

customer CM / PM or CC of any event able to impact on schedule.
- Reporting: the CM must report on daily basis to the commissioning manager and the project

manager. This report will mention following-up of the test, list of the problem and also a copy

network (PROJECTWISE).
- Filling and ask the commissioning people to fill the test documents (test sheets, test procedure),
- Report about test progress by filling documents on customer network on daily / weekly basis. The updating of Commissioning documents: PID’s; the detailed functional analysis, the operating manual, the maintenance manual, the I/O and instrumentation lists, the alarm listAny modifications must be reported and checked by the customer CM. The CM will have the responsibility to update the master document on site. The master documents are the paper version on site.
- Providing of a log book from first operation of the plant (starting Hot commissioning). This book must be filled with all important events concerning the commissioning (problems, breakdowns of equipment, etc.) and for customer ‘s instruction for shift ( customer or client).
- To write / provide the method statement and the risk analysis & method statement (RAMS) document for each work permit. (supplier coming on site for commissioning must submit their RAMS. CM must check it)
- Report every near-miss or accident on customer network.
- Give information to customer PM to fill the non-conformity list on customer network.

**Profil recherché**
- You have skills in Process engineering /electrical engineering / Mechanics.
- Fluent German is essential
