**What you'll do & learn**

**Onboarding Assistance**:Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture.

**HR Administration**:Support HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing employee files.

**Employee Engagement Initiatives**: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.

**Policy and Procedure Compliance**:Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

**Project Support**: Collaborate on special HR projects as needed, providing research, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

**What you embody**
- Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
- Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Organized, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- First HR experience is a plus
