Digital and Event Marketing Specialist

**About The Job**

We are looking for a (full-time) Digital and Event Marketing Specialist to join the international sales and marketing team in. Working closely with the Group Marketing Director to whom you will report, your main role will be to propose and implement initiatives for increasing lead generation and company awareness of Presto Engineering among Original Design Manufacturers. You will partner with technical Engineers and external partners on content creation, social media and other inbound marketing and lead generation initiatives.

Your primary mission will be to:

- Propose SEO and SEA initiatives and monitor Google, LinkedIn and Hubspot analytics to grow Presto brand awareness and increase lead generation and conversion rate
- Follow and nurture lead generation database using Salesforce CRM and Hubspot Marketing Automation tool
- Web Design: update website and landing pages using Hubspot CMS
- Propose and implement lead nurturing strategy supported by premium brand content
- Partnering with technical Engineers, propose and create technical brand content dedicated to specific target groups for websites and marketing campaigns (e-books/white papers, blogs articles, webinars, Social Media Posts etc.)
- Create social media HR content and display advertising (Google and LinkedIn ads)
- Benchmark competition (SEA, SEO, presence to exhibitions and other lead generation strategies and initiatives)
- Organize in-person and digital events (exhibitions, webinars etc.) in cooperation with the Sales team
- Create marketing collateral and tools e.g., roll ups, brochures etc.
- Follow Key Performance Indicators and propose improvements.

**Requirements**:
Your Competencies:

- Experience with website technology, website design, web analytics and content marketing
- Experience with CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation tools required
- Experience in creating technical brand content
- Experience in organizing trade fairs
- Ability to discuss with technical experts and translate technical content into valuable brand content (also for non-semiconductor experts)
- Solid knowledge to create content for marketing campaigns
- KPI set-up and measurement of campaign results
- Languages: Excellent command of English, especially in written materials, Danish or French is a plus
- Experience working for an international B2B company, preferably for high tech products
- Knowledge of Photoshop and other graphics design tools (eg: InDesign) would be a plus

We are looking for someone who is interested and open-minded for new technology and methods, who has a strong analytical and conceptual capacity with an eye for details. To be successful in the role, you should possess the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and follow-up with stakeholders to meet deadlines. We imagine that you have a strong cross-cultural understanding and experience in reaching compromises.

You hold ideally a Master degree in Business School with Marketing or Communication Specialization.

You have a first experience in Marketing area (between 2/3 years).

This role will be based in one of our offices in Meyreuil.
