**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a junior Program Manager to join our BDH team who will be s responsible for owning and driving the development and execution of priority digital health programs/solutions. You are able to lead multiple related streams/projects of work and co-create a unified way of working across functions and closely collaborate with the different functions. Welcome aboard
**Design, implement and manage digital user centric solutions / Platforms**:
- Support, from design to execution, the digital solutions, roadmaps and initiatives issued from multichannel insights and engagement plans, including clear objectives, KPIs and impact measurement
- Support, from design to execution updates and evolutions of existing solutions/platforms to improve added value, strategic focus and overall performance
**Demonstrated excellence in driving roadmap execution**:
- Drive impact with sense of purpose
- Help navigate complex and potential regulated environments
- Develop and manage new processes and best practices where no process or precedent exists, while maintaining strict compliance alignment
- Build trust and rapport that creates cross functional relationships for a comfortable & effective workplace
**Communicate effectively with senior and executive leaders in multiple business areas as well as customers and external partners**:
- Support the adoption of digital solutions/platforms by internal and external stakeholders to increase reach and impact
- Understand and communicate the product centric vision & strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the Product vision and ambition
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum BA / BS degree required, specialization in marketing, digital marketing, web technologies
- 5-7 years’ experience in Digital Products roles
- Entrepreneurial in spirit and innovative thinker
- Good understanding of Agile & Lean delivery principles
- Experience working in a matrix and collaborating with teams both cross functionally and across geographies
- Emotional intelligence and social skills
- Executive presence
- Deep empathy and curiosity to understand customer's pain points
- Comfortable and motivated by high speed / high stakes environment
- Can do attitude / hands on leader
- Strong collaborator, team player and individual contributor, able to build trust and rapport that creates relationships for a comfortable & effective workplace
- Driven, highly self-motivated, confident, high-energy, and bright individual with high intellectual curiosity
