**The opportunity.**

Our EMEA sales organisation is growing We are excited to be expanding our team in the French Banking market and are recruiting an additional sales head to join the team in Paris.

We are hiring a Sales Director, a senior individual contributor role, where you will leverage your professional network within the French Banking community, to position Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence Platform and the business challenges it solves. Your target market will be Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banking organisations, where you will be positioning our solutions to address Financial Crime, Fraud, Risk, KYC, Customer Insights and MDM.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to build on Quantexa’s success within the European Banking market, and grow our customer base in France. We are open to where you are based, but you will need to be able to regularly travel to Paris, for customer & partner meetings. Some travel will be required to Quantexa’s head office in London, especially in your first year. If this sounds like it could be for you, please read on

**What you’ll be doing.**
- You will create and execute a strategy for successfully penetrating the French Banking Market.
- Working with our Marketing Team and Business Development Representatives, you will develop a pipeline of opportunities across our Solution Suites: Financial Crime, Fraud, Risk KYC, Customer Insights and MDM.
- Supported by our Solutions Engineers and SME’s, you will articulate and demonstrate how Quantexa can address these critical business issues, day to day.
- Engaging with the C Suite and senior business stakeholders, you will understand their complex business challenges, uncover the underlying pain and drivers for change.
- You will own, and be accountable for the relationship with our customers, driving opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
- Reporting into the Senior Sales Director, EMEA Banking, you will be accountable for delivering net new annual revenues through a software license contract, with a Sales cycle of typically 12-18 months.

- Your significant experience of selling enterprise software solutions, which will be crucial to your success.
- An understanding of Financial Crime (AML, Fraud), KYC within banks highly desirable.
- You thrive on winning new logos, and will have demonstrable track record of doing that within the Banking Sector.
- You will be fluent in French and English.
