**THE ROLE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**As the domain IT Lead, your main activities will be**:
Manage the portfolio of demands and build the delivery plan accordingly;
Manage all IT activities relating to the corrective and evolutive maintenance of the domain
Plan and manage technical maintenance - Technical upgrades, move to new infrastructure etc.
Coordinate the action of internal and external teams involved in the implementation and deployment of changes in production
Put in place the tools and carry out the actions to guarantee the service quality
Animate the teams set up to manage incidents in production
Ensure that our service providers respect their commitments
