Job Summary

RESPONSABILITÉS

Activités de partenariat commercial- Fournir des informations pertinentes sur les principaux KPI liés à l'industrie (coûts fixes, initiatives d'économies, CAPEX, stocks) de manière cohérente et standardisée pour faciliter la prise de décision de la direction.- Analyser les coûts du Hub et identifier les risques et les opportunités pour améliorer les performances- Aider à rationaliser les processus commerciaux au niveau des sites/hub pour atteindre l'objectif commercial- Effectuer des analyses financières et fournir des recommandations sur l'optimisation de l'empreinte industrielle ou soutenir la direction avec des projets ad hoc (M&A et autres)

Activités de contrôle- Prend en charge et consolide les rapports P&L des hubs industriels en étroite coopération avec les contrôleurs du hub.- Contribue à l'analyse des écarts de coûts fixes et variables- Supporte et consolide les processus et les chiffres budgétaires et prévisionnels- Contrôle les coûts des opérations centrales et des équipes logistiques- Consolide les réservations de contrats de location CAPEX et IFRS16- Participe à la préparation et à la consolidation des coûts standards- Consolide les économies industrielles et achats- Contribue au suivi et à l’amélioration des postes du Fonds de Roulement (Stocks, AP )- Améliore les outils de reporting avec un support informatique si nécessaire

PROFIL

Compétences clés- Grande attention aux détails et esprit d'amélioration continue- Capacité à concevoir et à piloter des processus simples, standards et efficaces- Connaissance de SAP, Magnitude et compétences avancées en matière de feuilles Excel/Google- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de communication. Fort sens des opérations.- Attitude pratique- Anglais courant. Le français est un plus

Contexte/expérience idéal- Minimum d'un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance requis.- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en contrôle de gestion/comptabilité souhaitée- Expérience avec les cycles de reporting financier, tels que les prévisions, les budgets et la planification- Expérience de travail dans l'industrie minière préférée
