**Poste**:
This internship will be held in our production site in **Malaunay** near the **city of Rouen** as soon as possible.

***Attached to the General Management your missions will be:

- Participation in Building and Facilitating the Project Management Community
- _
- Contribute to creating and nurturing a community focused on project management
- Share insights, best practices, and knowledge within the community

Optimizing and managing Portfolio Project Management
- Support creation of program progress overview
- Propose actions to enhance project portfolio management
- Explore ways to improve project tracking, resource allocation, and overall efficiency
- Supporting Teams in Project Management Challenges
- Assist teams with project management methodologies and tools
- Provide guidance on project-related issues and problem-solving
- Collaborating with Project Managers on Governance
- Work closely with project managers to ensure effective project governance
- Monitor project progress, adherence to guidelines, and alignment with strategic objectives

Risk Detection and Project Planning
- Develop skills in identifying project risks
- Collaborate with project managers to create robust project plans
- Managing Workload and Assigning Group Project Managers
- Handle planning and ressources of group project managers based on identified needs and priorities

You have 5 years study level (master 1 or final year) from university

Managing a project no longer has any secrets for you?

Autonomous, dynamic,curious and motivated to carry out your missions within a multidisciplinary team

Do you speak English? we need someone who is fluent
