Leading Purchasing activities and Commodity Buyers Coordination for Serial Life Yearly QCT objectives achievement. Lead Cost reduction roadmap management, secure, change management, support claim management Monitore and report Purchasing KPI to purchasing management **Cross functional role**: **External relations**: Suppliers **MAIN MISSIONS, OBJECTIVES AND KPIS RELATED** **D**efine/Establish.** Establish Cost reduction roadmap and sourcing Plan with Commodity Buyer and all relevant ACC Stakeholders **Build** Build Purchasing Project Dashboard and monitore Yearly Budget Achievement/Performance Build and monitore Cost reduction Roadmap for its project **Guarantee** Coordinate and monitore with Supply chain, Purchase Order activity and Gigafactories deliveries Support Gigafactory, Quality and Supply chain in claim management and escalation Participate & Represent Purchasing Function in Project Core team and in all relevant project meeting Ensure full collaboration/interaction (action pooling) between Project and Purchasing. Cascade and Secure Project requirement to commodity buyers Ensure purchasing team inputs are fully considered by Project Bring maximum efficiency to purchasing actions for the benefit of the project. **Lead** Lead and support change management with commodity buyers and suppliers Leads Sourcing Committee organization and decision/instruction reporting, s Secure all ACC stakeholders involvement in sourcing selection process Monitore Contract Signature & execution Monitore and Challenge Project Cost evolution during development phase(Tech+, Quality+, etc ) Organizes and Leads upon Project request internal/external Task force or supplier workshops. Lead weekly project meeting with commodity buyer **Contribute** Coordinate & Manage Project RFI, RFQ process Supports and promotes industrial projects of non-European suppliers in Europe. Challenge Commodity Buyer & Supplier on Energy, CO2 and ESG (Scope1/2/3 roadmap achievement & compliancy) **Share** Share and Promote supplier innovation, bringing technical and/or economical ACC advantage **Profil recherché**: **SKILLS REQUIREMENTS** **Knowledge / Know how**: Purchasing Key Process (Panel Management, Sourcing, Contract) Project Management (V-Shape, Agile ) **Experience (domain, number of years)**: Experience : >5years in Purchasing with significant Project experience Domain: Automotive or Battery Business or Material/Chemistry industries. **Qualifications (diplomas, )**: Diplomas : Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business Field (Purchasing specialization) **Languages **:English mandatory / French, German, Italian, Chinese as a plus **Key behaviours**: Leadership & Strong Cross Functionnal Behavior Strong Communication Skills (internally & externally).
