Ensuring technical convergence and QCDP assessment in its perimeter - Actively contributing to Design/Process Convergence in support of Project Technical Leaders. - Actively participating in Change process through the Engineering Change Request procedure, once the Go For Resolution is pronounced. - Driving task forces and problem solving resolution with experts support, and engineering teams technical contribution, once the Problem Description is achieved. - Animating the convergence of main Technical Team’s deliverables: PDS/PTS, BOM, BOP, PFMEA/DFMEA, component / subsystem Design Reviews - Being accountable for quality derogations and responsible for derogation opening. Supporting Engineering and Purchasing in supplier management - Getting sourcing input information from technical teams. - Leading the bi-monthly Supplier One Voice meeting with related functions (Product engineering, Supply chain, Purchasing and Quality) - Participating in suppliers’ choices through supplier meetings (incl. “Supplier one voice” committee, supplier choice, monthlies/weeklies). - Supporting specifications’ convergence on supplied parts. - Being the voice of R&D Project at supplier choice meeting. - _____________________________________________ **Missions principales**: Gestion de la collaboration entre les équipes internes - Coordination du travail des équipes techniques dans le périmètre via des réunions hebdomadaires, le suivi des actions et la planification. - Participation aux RPO (Revues de Projet Opérationnelles) pertinentes dans le périmètre. - Définition de l’orientation et des priorités des essais produit/processus au niveau projet ; accompagnement de leur exécution via la coordination des équipes. - Support au processus de dérogation qualité pour les sujets internes et clients. - Coordination avec les experts et les équipes techniques dans les task forces et la résolution de problèmes. - Promotion des bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité et HSE dans le périmètre. Assurer la convergence technique et l’évaluation QCDP dans son périmètre - Contribution active à la convergence Conception/Processus en appui aux Chefs de Projet Techniques. - Participation active au processus de changement via la procédure de demande de modification technique (ECR), une fois le "Go For Resolution" validé. - Pilotage des task forces et résolution de problèmes avec le soutien des experts et la contribution technique des équipes d’ingénierie, une fois la description du problème établie. - Animation de la convergence des principaux livrables des équipes techniques : PDS/PTS, nomenclatures (BOM/BOP), AMDEC produit/processus (PFMEA/DFMEA), revues de conception des composants/sous-systèmes - Responsable des dérogations qualité et de leur ouverture. Support à l’ingénierie et aux achats dans la gestion des fournisseurs - Collecte des informations d’entrée pour le sourcing auprès des équipes techniques. - Animation de la réunion bimensuelle "Supplier One Voice" avec les fonctions concernées (ingénierie produit, supply chain, achats et qualité). - Participation aux choix fournisseurs via les réunions dédiées (comité "Supplier One Voice", sélection fournisseur, réunions mensuelles/hebdomadaires). - Support à la convergence des spécifications su
