Finance Manager for Operations

**About the role**:
To report, analyze and ensure integrity of all financial information according to generally accepted accounting principles and established procedures applicable to the work whilst being responsible for the quality of professional accounting and statistics as well as the preparation of monthly and yearly statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS for the French entities of LDR (including rep office in Lebanon) and all EMEA locations that performs Operations Finance activities ( COGS, Distribution and Inventory).

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
Team management
- Supervise employees in charge of financial and accounting activities
- Animate the function through the stakes decided, the evolution of the collaborators and the training
- As part of the outsourcing of transactional accounting activities, coordination with EMEA Shared services teams (supplier accounting team, customers, general accounting)

Financial informations
- Develop the company's budget in accordance with the strategic choices of the ZimVie group and the general management
- Be the guarantor of the reliability of the reporting: prepare the monthly and quarterly results, analyze the deviations from the budget and the previous year
- Yearly set-up on Standard costs calculations and monthly deviations analysis
- Produce financial statements for the ZimVie group, legal authorities, manage financial communication
- Design and collect feedback on business results
- Communicate evolution on plant savings
- Supervise KPI (Key Performance Indicators) calculations

Accounting
- Validate the accounting closings and the main choices in terms of closing
- Validate the tax choices with the tax specialist and external auditors.
- Treasury
- Guarantee the security of financial flows
- Anticipate short
- and medium-term external financing needs, validate cash borrowers
- Analyze cash monitoring and discrepancies observed in relation to spies

Management control
- Define the main orientations of the controls and key indicators to be put in place and the reporting framework intended for the general management
- Set up and improve procedures for managing and optimizing the flow of financial information and guaranteeing their reliability
- Prepare presentations to the management committee of ZimVie

Banking relationships

Legal
- Coordinate the organization of single shareholder meetings (SAS), prepare the minutes and legal documents
- Coordinate legal advice in specific cases (litigation, specific projects, etc.)

Information system
- Manage the implementation of the finance and accounting information system and monitor its progress

Internal control
- Ensure the existence and effectiveness of measures intended to reduce exposure to risks

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Accounting diplomas DCG (Diploma of Accounting and Management)
- Specialized Masters CCA (accounting, control, audit)
- Business and management schools, finance-accounting option
- A postgraduate in cost control, analytical accounting, or related field.
- Legal or tax education supplemented by financial-accounting training
- 5-10 years of experience in Finance, especially in industrial multinational environment. In addition, 5 years’ experience in a similar position (Responsible for management control, Financial Controller, Manager in a large audit firm, accounting manager) in a leadership role.
- And: Mastery of the various accounting and financial techniques (financing, investments, process, performance measurement, etc.)
- Proficiency in the use of IT management concepts and tools, MS Office (Excel), Power BI. ERP Oracle Cloud
- Fluent English & French language skills
- Rigor and intellectual integrity
