We are looking for a **Head of Branding** to come onboard in our **Communication and Corporate Identity** **Directorate**in** Lamberto** ’s team : a team of **12** collaborators

**Your Mission**
- Develop and maintain a strong brand image that reflects ATR’s mission, vision, and values, with connection, innovation, safety, and sustainability as core pillars.
- Drive global brand awareness and visibility across all relevant platforms to ensure ATR’s relevance to its target audience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that supports business goals.
- Drive innovation in digital branding strategies, leveraging emerging technologies to amplify the brand’s reach and engagement.
- Create targeted campaigns to support product launches, market entries, and promotional objectives.
- Lead the execution of events, exhibitions, and sponsorship partnerships to align with brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, ensuring alignment with ATR’s objectives.
- Drive internal brand advocacy by fostering employee understanding, belief in, and representation of the ATR brand.
- Collaborate with other business functions to integrate branding efforts into every aspect of the customer journey.

AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL (ATR) GIE recherche:
**About you**
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in branding or a related role.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, delivering impactful branding initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to align diverse activities under a unified brand vision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize branding effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience managing global branding campaigns, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional markets.
- Experience in the aviation, transportation, or related industries is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior executives and manage relationships with global partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and creative branding solutions in a dynamic and competitive environment.
